- I was very excited to try this foundation because I have very oily skin and get oily in my t-zone throughout the day. This foundations claims to be 8hr shine free! It retails for $13.99, I got it for $7.00 at CVS with there sale and a coupon. It has medium build-able coverage, the foundation is a thick consistency and feels grainy to the touch. When I applied it, I felt a slight tingly feeling for some reason then went away and it looked flawless and nice. I live in the South and the summers are pretty humid and hot, so whether I walk out the door with or without makeup I am sweating and melting away. I was disappointed to find out about three hours later I was shiny!! I am going to give this another go in the Fall/Winter time when it cools down and see if that helps because the heat is no joke right now.
